The aggressive, rasping texture of this monolithic slab dissipates instantly into the cool tranquil tones of polished marble.    A fantastic contrast is created as the stone is forced to accept a new functional role whilst wood and light begrudgingly add a little warmth. The throw away industrial feel is enhanced further by the random spray lettering on the slab giving this design an abstract artistic feel that defies convention and tests of boundaries of domestic culinary acceptance.        The Mogul Approves.....and in the coming weeks will return to pass judgement on other fantastic kitchen designs! kitchen designs!

There is a lot going on in this design with the basic contemporary format delivering above and beyond the call of duty!   There is an introverted and narcissistic approach to this design with the mirrored door panels delivering a voyeuristic vision of the kitchen allowing the featured crisscross door pattern to become more subtly amplified. Have the reflective qualities of these particular doors been positioned in order to enhance the aesthetical impact of the design or is it something to do with the lap dancing pole! The classical styling of the posts and legs add some friction to the design but balance is restored by having these features finished in smooth, flashy chrome!   All we need now are some blue lights, a glitter ball and the supersonic sounds of the 70’s!   Queue the dancers! Flaunting a gravity defying cantilever that would have Sir Isaac Newton scratching his head this kitchen makes a design statement.   Matched equally with the shape shifting qualities needed to enable a smooth transition between states of use this design by Key Cucine is great.    The Mogul loves the functional versatility here and how the asymmetry along the back wall counter balances the cantilever!   This kitchen has everything; good looks, social space, transformational qualities and even a KitchenAid combination hob for a versatile and controlled cooking experience....Extractor??
