Leading Light





This is an exemplary example of how to create a classical look with a modern twist.  This kitchen by Design Republic is beautiful and uses soft colours and traditional lines to provide the cautious client with comfort and reassurance.  There is nothing dangerous in this design and it evokes a feeling of calm right down to the artistic and personal pattern that has been backlit through the translucent Corian worktop. 
The Mogul loves this one because it is a traditional kitchen that has been led into the 21st Century by the power of light and modern materials.

    Hi Christine, The Mogul fully agrees! This is a sterling job by Design Republic and one that truely shows the power of Corian. The translucent and 3D qualities of Corian need to be appreciated more so that the imaginative possibilities of kitchen design can be fully explored.

Excitement can be conjured by the exotic, and this design by Gitta Gschwendtner for Schiffini floats the notion that functionality can become an artistic experiment.   To some this may just be a series of boxes but to others this could be seen as an attempt to deliver a functional revolution through artistic evolution. The Mogul approves!
